If you are interested in one or more items from Darklands, please use the “Inquire/Buy” link or email us. We will answer all your questions promptly and work with you on selecting the appropriate size and arranging payment and shipping.
Kindly note that prices are non-negotiable and any messages of this nature will go unresponded.
DO YOU HAVE WOMENSWEAR?
WHY DO YOU NOT MEASURE ITEMS?
Measurements are not an accurate way of determining fit, as garments vary widely in their cut and structure, particularly among different brands. By trying things on ourselves and having a direct conversation with our clients, our ratio of success in selecting appropriate sizing is about 96%, much higher than people who measure items.
HOW DO I PAY?
Paypal is the fastest, most secure and efficient way to pay online. It’s safe and easy to use. If you don’t have it, you can create an account on www.paypal.com. Alternatively, you can send us a Wire Transfer. Click here for details.
We do not accept payment by credit card for internet purchases. In store, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and EC cards, as well as, cash.
HOW MUCH IS MY ITEM IN USD (OR OTHER CURRENCY)?
The only accepted currency at Darklands is the Euro. For a quick reference, you can convert any currency into Euros at www.xe.com, updated daily.
However, please note that the exchange rate for your purchase will be ultimately determined by Paypal or your financial institution.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
DHL Premium Shipping is free worldwide on all item(s) over 400 €. DHL
Express Shipping is free for purchases over 1500 €, or available at an additional cost for lower amounts.
Inside Europe, shipping is free regardless of price (unless otherwise noted).
WHERE ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?
Everything we sell is shipped from our physical store in Berlin, Germany.
WHAT IF MY ITEM DOESN’T FIT?
Please notify us immediately upon arrival; the faster we get your item back, the faster we can replace it. Items can be returned for the correct size, a different item or a Credit Note for later use from www.nagnagnagshop.com or www.darklandsberlin.com.
Within the EU we can refund your money; however, please bear in mind that you will be denied online service from that point onwards. You are always welcome to shop in-store.
Please note we will not accept returns shipped by FedEx or EMS, as well as, any parcel without a name and address clearly labeled on the outside of the box. All items must be unworn and complete with bags, tags, etc and on their way back to us within 7 days of arrival at your door.
CAN I USE A DIFFERENT COURIER?
Certainly, but it will be at your own cost. No FedEx.
ARE ITEMS TRACKABLE?
Yes. Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours of the item(s) being shipped.
IT HAS BEEN X DAYS AND MY PACKAGE HAS NOT YET ARRIVED. IS IT LOST?
It is extremely rare that packages go missing with DHL, however if (and only if) the last updated date on your tracking results is more than 12 days old, feel free to contact staff(at)darklandsberlin.com and we will look further into it.
